      Wassens Profielslijperij is founded in 1995.

      After operating out of Didam for two years, the company has moved to its present location: industrial zone "De Helhoek" in Groessen, Gelderland.



      Wassens Profielslijperij is situated on the ground floor of the main building.

Grinding parts with very high precision.


      From the start, Wassens Profielslijperij has specialized itself in surface grinding and profile grinding of parts with very high quality criteria: tolerances to 0,002 mm. and roughness to Ra 0,02µm.
      These parts are mainly made of very difficult to process types of tool steel or carbide.

      Initially we focused on producing components for semiconductor- and connector-industries, which then developed into components of injection moulds, parts for optical industries, machine parts, parts for paper and textile industries and parts of all kinds of cutting and bending tools.

      To meet the very high precision requirements, we use Jung (k-jung.com) grinding machines (see: Machines) in combination with our 25 years of experience in grinding high precision parts.
